Introduction ~Written April 2020

One day, someone will ask what people did in 2020 in response to the government restrictions.

One day, someone will ask why people allowed restrictions to protect them from a virus when the restrictions caused more pain and problems than the virus caused.

One day, someone will ask why people allowed their freedoms to be stripped away, one by one, without a murmur.

Here’s my answer to those questions. I DIDN’T!

I do not consent. I am resisting as much as I can within the law. I will be talking to friends and family although it’s as though they are hypnotised. They say that the restrictions are absolutely necessary, that lockdowns and distancing are the only way out until there is a vaccine. They say that it is right and good to employ lockdowns and distancing. I feel unable to affect this opinion. But I will continue to vehemently oppose the restrictions because of the damage I believe my grandchildren and their children will suffer.

I think young people are already suffering today, and I think they will continue to suffer.

They will suffer from the financial burden that lockdowns and obscene Government borrowing will cause.
They will suffer from the medical burden of not having services available to them and their family because hospitals are focusing on protecting themselves from Covid at great cost to all involved, including non-Covid patients.
They are suffering from the education burden of not being taught properly because they are not allowed to go to school properly.
They are suffering emotionally from being separated from their friends, isolated from extended family.
They are suffering socially from not having things like sports, dancing, music, and social events because they have been closed down in the name of safety.

Children will pay the price for what is being done in the name of ‘keeping safe’ – against the wishes of many who think it is too high a price to pay. Against the wishes of some people in all age-groups. Some of us DID NOT consent to this. Many people did consent, but some of us didn’t. I grieve for what is being done today.

I disagree with the way things are being handled. After just a few weeks I am suspicious of what is going on. I am losing trust in Government. I am unhappy about restrictions imposed and the Government messages given to the people. I will be writing here regularly, to record what is actually, truly happening, day by day.

An Important Postscript Added in 2025
All videos I viewed and all links I have included here were made before AI was in use for making false videos or photos. I believe all media included here is genuine, including what I personally saw with and heard. In other words – it’s true and can be trusted.
